so say your boyfriend/girlfriend they felt close to you and really liked you when you first started dating...but then over time they didn't like you as much and they didn't feel as close as they did in the beginning...so one day they come to you and tell you this and they also tell you they think the two of you don't make a very good couple and maybe you should break-up.

so do you try to convince them that the two of you are a good couple or just agree with them and break-up?.... and before you choose think about the fact that your boyfriend/girlfriend still likes you and cares for you they just aren't sure if the two of you are the best match.

Looking back at my life and seeing how things played out, my initial reaction is to agree with the person and move on. He did me a favor by setting me free to find someone who is right for me.
I'm thinking about my first love. I resisted the relatinoship. I didn't tell him I loved him when he told me and pushed him away. But when he left me I was devastated. Because I didn't accept that we just weren't meant to be, I wasn't emotionally prepared for the right person when he came along, despite all of the amazing signs that the next one was the right one. So, yes, I would accept the person's statement, see it as God's will or the natural order of things, and move on.

Go by heart and soul, listen to the inner voice, it speaks with you constantly, I should have broken up, I guess, I have never broken up with anyone, but seen friends go through that.
